Marshall Schnapp
Mediator, trainer, and ombuds practitioner with deep experience in challenging workplace environments.

Marshall Schnapp is an experienced mediator, facilitator and conflict management trainer specializing in labour relations and complex workplace environments. He has spent years designing and delivering practical, skills-based training for leaders in both unionized and non-unionized settings across Ontario. In addition to his training work, Marshall conducts workplace mediations, assessments, and labour relations restorations.


Marshall regularly leads workshops on managing in unionized environments, joint bargaining, and workplace conflict. His sessions are highly interactive and grounded in real-world scenarios, helping participants build confidence and leave with tools they can apply immediately. He also teaches conflict management and mediation at Conrad Grebel University College (University of Waterloo) and has taught ADR to paralegal students at George Brown College, reinforcing his ability to translate complex concepts into practical, accessible learning.
