Leanne Gray
Over 30 years in senior HR and LR leadership across manufacturing, municipalities, policing, and healthcare.
Leanne Gray is one of Canada's most versatile senior HR and labour relations leaders, with over 30 years of experience spanning some of the country's most demanding sectors: manufacturing, municipal government, policing, and healthcare.
In each of these environments, Leanne has operated at the most senior levels — leading bargaining teams, managing grievance processes, building HR infrastructure, and navigating the complex intersection of labour relations and organizational strategy. Her breadth of sector experience gives her an unusually rich perspective on how labour relations plays out differently across contexts.
Leanne's approach to facilitation is grounded in operational reality. She understands what it is like to sit across from a union at the table, to manage a difficult arbitration, to rebuild trust after a difficult dispute. She brings that credibility directly into the programs she leads.
At LRAC, Leanne is particularly valuable in sessions that focus on the management experience in unionized workplaces — including the Leading and Managing in Unionized Environments program, where her background aligns closely with participant needs.
