Anne specializes in mediation services that prioritize union and workplace restoration and equity-focused solutions.
 
Through the course of her career of 30 plus years, she has held a number of diverse roles including Mediator, Union Representative, Conflict Resolution Facilitator and Senior Management, all of which have shaped her approach to building inclusive and equitable unions and workplaces.
 
Anne led the Canadian Union of Public Employees Safe Spaces initiative, where she designed and implemented a trauma-informed, equity-driven national strategy to address sexual and gender-based harassment in union spaces.
 
Whatever the goal - building stronger and more united union leadership teams, resolving internal union or workplace conflicts, enhancing organizational fairness, or addressing challenging group and interpersonal dynamics – Anne uses mediated dialogue to raise difficult issues and transform them from sites of division and pain into clarity and understanding. Organizations are stronger and healthier as a result.
